Leinster Marine Lodge of Australia No. 2, located at the Sydney Masonic Centre (SMC), held a memorable installation ceremony last Thursday, February 2nd 2023.
The installation was presided over by the Representative of the Grand Master, RW Bro James PJGW Chairman of Communications on the Board of Management, and was conducted by W Bro Jorge as Installing Master. The event was well attended by a good number of Masons and a strong delegation of Grand Lodge Officers including Board of Management Members.
The ceremony saw Bro Alex installed as Worshipful Master for the coming year. W Bro Biram is a long-standing member of the lodge and has served in many positions, most recently as Senior Warden in 2021 and Junior Warden in 2020.
In his address to the lodge after being installed as Worshipful Master, Brother Alex said that he looked forward to a year filled with growth and success for Leinster Marine Lodge. He also paid tribute to his predecessor for his hard work during his term in office.
The evening concluded with a festive dinner that was enjoyed by all attendees. The Installing Master proposed a toast to W Bro Alex’s health and success in his new role as Worshipful Master.
